Travel Note
The wedding and reception WILL NOT be in Seattle. It will be in Woodinville. If you want to stay close to the venues, please stay in either the reserved block of rooms or at a hotel/rental in and around Woodinville (Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell). Staying in Seattle: Do not stay in the following neighborhoods/areas: -On Aurora Ave/Hwy 99 (Sketchy) -Udistrict (sketchy) -Anywhere South of I90 (only issue is traffic) Good Neighboorhoods to Stay: -Roosevelt -Maple Leaf -Fremont/Ballard (Brewery Central) -Greenwood (But stay closer to I5 than HWY99) -South Lake Union/Lower Queen Anne (if you want to stay downtownish) Traffic on I5: ALWAYS CHECK GPS Morning commute (8:00-10:00): Don't try to go South/toward downtown, going north is usually fine. If you are going South, try to take the Light Rail (https://www.soundtransit.org/ride-with-us/stations/link-light-rail-stations). Evening Commute (4:00-6:30): Traffic is bad going North. Traffic on I405: ALWAYS CHECK GPS Morning Commute (8:00-10:00) Traffic is bad going South, there isn't really a way around it. Evening Commute (4:30-7:00) Traffic is bad going North, there isn't really a way around it. Getting from the Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond) to Seattle: Fine in the AM-Early afternoon (3:00ish) Evening 4:00-7:00, some of the worst traffic you will ever see, plan accordingly. Hotel
This is the hotel where I was able to reserve a block of rooms! It is a 10 minute drive to the venue. Using the link will give you the discounted rate!
Hotel
Closest hotel to the venue. I was unable to get ahold of them to book a block, but if you want to be closer to the venue, this is a good option.
