The couple met cleaning at Vala's Pumpkin Patch before the 2018 season. Katrina and a family friend dragged both of them there separately to help with no idea that it would lead to this. Mara left telling her mom that Monty was the cutest boy she had ever seen. Then, Mara and Katrina spent the rest of the Vala's season finding tasks that Monty and Mara must do together. Working together then turned into late night talking in the parking lot after work, watching the Purge movies together, and cheering Monty on at his hockey games. Until Valentine's Day, when they became official (three months AFTER Monty dropped the L word). Seven years of love and fun has finally led to this magical time and they cannot wait to start their forever!
