Airports

There are two major airports located in the greater Chicago area, either one will work for the weekend festivities. ORD (Chicago O’Hare International Airport): ORD is the larger of the two airports and is closer to the venue. However, it tends to be busier and experiences heavier traffic in its vicinity. MDW (Chicago Midway International Airport): We prefer using MDW due to its smaller size and greater ease of navigation.

Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel 1551 Thoreau Drive North, Schaumburg, IL 60173 There is a room block available at a discounted rate - you MUST use the link above to get this discount. Please note it is first come, first served and based on availability so book soon if you can! We personally visited this property before booking and coordinating the room block and found it to be clean, well maintained, and comfortable. This hotel is 5 miles from the wedding ceremony and 14 miles from the reception.

We recommend you rent a car for the weekend as the wedding festivities are about 45 miles outside Downtown Chicago.

Shuttle

Shuttle Information

A shuttle will be provided from The Brix on The Fox to Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel after the wedding reception. Timing to be shared closer to the wedding.
