What is your plan for your wedding amidst COVID-19?
Answer
We are going to get married and have a reception (whatever it may look like) on our original date Friday, September 4, 2020. We are following the CDC and state guidelines regarding the coronavirus and the considerations for events and gatherings. We are in direct communication with our venue and caterer to decide the best option for our wedding day. As of June 22 the capacity for weddings was raised to 100% with the parameters of following social distancing of 6 ft. With the size of our venue and these restrictions, we have to cut back our wedding invitation list. This is not something we take lightly. Our hearts are heavy with regret and sadness. We would love to have all of our guests in attendance, but we also want everyone to stay safe and healthy during this pandemic. We thank you so much for understanding during this difficult time. Yes, thank goodness! Dancing has now been allowed as of June 22.

How will you deal with COVID-19 restrictions at your wedding?
Answer
Per our venue, we will adhere to all the CDC and state guidelines. Masks are required as of August 3rd. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you at the door. All staff will be wearing masks. We will also have hand sanitizer setup around the venue. The tables will seat 6-8 people and will be socially distanced. The dinner and dessert buffet will be served by a staff member. There will be no bar seating.

Nebraska has issued a mask mandate for indoor gatherings effective August 3-31. After this they will evaluate the situation and update as needed. We will be providing masks for those who do not have one. Thank you for your understanding and being flexible during this difficult time.
