We would love to see our family and friends dressed to impress for our big day! Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, but Formal Attire Required. This means men should wear a tuxedo or a formal suit with a tie, and women should wear a floor-length dress or an elegant formal outfit. Please, no casual attire—we can't wait to celebrate in style with you!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4PM so plan to arrive by 3:30PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed.
Yes! A complimentary shuttle will depart Hotel Los Gatos at 3:00 p.m. sharp for our wedding ceremony at Montalvo Arts Center. Please note there will be only one pickup time. If you are unable to make the shuttle, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to the venue. For those driving, onsite parking at Montalvo is free and available. Return shuttles will be available every 30min beginning at 8:30pm.
Parking will be provided on-site, with three designated lots available. A parking attendant will be stationed at each lot to assist you in finding a spot and directing you to the ceremony site if needed.
We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only occasion, with the exception of children who are in the wedding. We encourage you to take this opportunity as a fun date night and celebrate with us!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Another reason to utilize our Hotel Block at Hotel Los Gatos and the complimentary shuttle service to & from the venue.
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Mara or Hudson as soon as you are aware.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will noted on your invitation.
