Hotel
This is where we will be staying the night of the wedding (3 October), as it's the closest hotel to the venue (roughly 10 minutes by car). We are covering the hotel (Hotel Figi) for the night of the wedding- October 3- for all our international guests. This means you do not need to book accommodation for that night. You're warmly taken care of! Booked something else? Just let us know, and we'll change the reservation. For anyone else who’d like to stay overnight (including our international guests who also want to stay on Friday, 2 October), we have a discount code available! You can enter it directly on the hotel’s website once you click the booking link. For those booking the night of 2 October: the hotel will do their best to keep you in the same room for the night of 3 October as well. Just make sure to select a comfort room (comfort kamer) when booking. Getting to the hotel: You can take bus 350 from Utrecht Central Station towards Driebergen via Zeist. Get off at the stop Het Rond/Lageweg. From there it's about a 3 minute walk. You can also take a taxi. We recommend Utrecht Taxi Company (UTC).

Travel Note
We've made a travel guide for our friends and family coming to the Netherlands and Utrecht for the first time! Take a look for some practical tips and recommendations on getting around and where to stay :)
Flight
We recommend that our friends and family from the US fly into Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. From Schiphol it's very easy to take the train (or a taxi) to Utrecht, it takes about 30 minutes. You can also take the train to Amsterdam Central Station, if you'll be staying there. If you want to take a taxi to Utrecht, we recommend Utrecht Taxi Company (https://utc.nl/en/airports/taxi-schiphol-airport/)
Travel Note
We've collected a list of Airbnbs that are available around this period! Most of them are for groups (4+). If you'd like to share a place or need someone to fill a room, get in touch with me & Daan and we can connect you with other friends traveling to Utrecht!
Travel Note
The implementation of the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) has been pushed back to later in 2026. For people traveling from the US it's currently not necessary to apply for the ETIAS. Check the travel.state.gov site a few weeks ahead of time for the most up to date information!
