What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would prefer that guests arrive between 2:30 pm and 2:50 pm for our ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We prefer that guests follow the cocktail-to-formal dress code!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking for both the ceremony and the reception. The Staybridge Suites is within walking distance of the River Prairie Center!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have to limit our plus ones due to size restraints. Upon your invitation, it will state if you have a plus one or not.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Staybridge Suites in Eau Claire!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids. However, we are only inviting kids 13 years or older due to size constraints. However, there are specific circumstances that there may be an exception due to children being a part of the wedding party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please let us know before the wedding so we can accommodate you accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a social hour on 7/28/2023 after our rehearsal dinner to mingle with guests from out of town! The location will be determined at a different time.
