We’re getting married!

We met freshman year of High school when we mysteriously had 7 of our 8 classes together. We also sat next to each other in all most all of these classes as well, making it hard concentrate in class (lol). After becoming good friends for a few years, we started dating seriously junior year of High School. We continued to date throughout college, and shortly after graduating Ryan popped the question!

On a beautiful Thursday evening Ryan had planned for us to try to see the Northern lights as they were supposed to show up in Wisconsin for the first time. We drove to Concordia, Ryan’s Alma Mater, where we walked towards a path that leads down to Lake Michigan. Ryan had set up large white letters reading, “Marry Me” with twinkling lights wrapped around it. Of course I said yes! We celebrated down by Lake Michigan with not only champagne, but the champagne of beers, Miller High Life. We stayed till the stars came out, though the Northern lights didn’t end up showing through we had a great time! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
