The Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center is composed of two buildings connected by a sky bridge.
Please park at the Convention Center’s parking lot. It is free and allows overnight parking.
The ceremony will be held at the Convention Center’s outdoor lawn. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony @ 5pm.
The reception will be held in the Arthean Ballroom in the Hotel. You may go through the buildings ulitizing the elevators and sky bridge, or walk across the street to the Hotel.
Send Off Note - This will be a Hmong wedding send off. Please stand by the ballroom doors and hallways @ 11pm as the mother of the bride dresses the bride in traditional Hmong attire, bids her farewell, and hands her off to the groom.
