Question
What will transportation be like day of?
Answer
Please look for Silverthorn Meadow's signage to guide you to the parking lot. Since our ceremony starts at 3:30, we kindly request that guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior. A shuttle will be available to transport guests from the parking lot to the venue. The shuttle is not large so it will be making multiple, back-to-back trips. The first shuttle is available at 2:40 PM and the last at 3:10 PM. Additionally, there is a walking path that leads to the venue next to the lot. The walk from the lot takes about 6-10 minutes depending on your speed. We DO NOT advise those with heels or balance concerns to use this path as it is somewhat steep. Uber and Lyft are not readily available late at night so please arrange a taxi or other service if you do not plan to drive yourself home. There is no shuttle service aside from the one to and from the parking lot. Carpooling with a designated driver is encouraged.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
The dress code is black tie optional for our big day. For women, this means full length gowns, midi length cocktail dresses or sophisticated pantsuits. For men, this means a darker colored suit or tuxedo. In terms of colors, our palette focuses on blues, whites and greens. The bridesmaids will be wearing blue. Please feel free to wear any fall appropriate colors. We cannot wait to see everyone dressed up!

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3:30 PM. Please arrive between 2:45-3 PM (to have time for shuttling to the venue) or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of some family and those in the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be on a grassy knoll outside. Please plan to wear a thicker heel or bring heel protectors. The reception will mostly take place under a tented structure on concrete.

Where should I fly into?
Answer
Sacramento International Airport is an hour and twenty minutes from the venue. The next closest airport is Oakland International Airport. The airport is about two hours and forty minutes from the venue. San Fransisco International and San Jose International would be other options but are further away from Camino.

What should I do if I cannot attend the wedding?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy. What should I do?
Answer
You will be able to self monitor all food during the wedding. At dinner, there will be descriptions listed next to dishes. There will be options for vegetarians, pescatarians, dairy and gluten free guests. If you have any concerns, reach out to the couple directly.
