The check-in starts from 3pm onwards but if you arrived early due to a flight please reach out to the hotel they might check you in early depending on the availability of the rooms[not guaranteed].

Hotel provides complementary shuttle services from and to the airport George Bush Intercontinental Airport(IAH)] Shuttle Hours: 05:00 AM - 11:30 PM. For a faster service, call the Hotel as soon as you arrive.
