We met at work. I ( Jessica) used to work for Sport clips, where Manuel would come in every Saturday to get his haircut. We met about 6 years ago. We would always have good conversations. We started off as friends for many years. Occasionally we would go out for some drinks where we would talk for hours. We talked about our families, our jobs and our goals in life. We soon realized we really enjoyed spending time together and decided to take next step...

Manuel took me back to Austin Texas for our 2nd Year anniversary. Austin was our first trip EVER. A trip that made us fall in love with each other. Ever since then, Manuel knew that the proposal had to take place in Austin. One of our favorite things to do is to go hiking. The Morning of March 28th 2021, Manuel took me on a small hiking trail where he told me we had to go and take photos before we left. The view was amazing. As he finished setting up the camera , he got on one knee and asked me to marry him.
