Question

What is the weather like in Mérida?

Answer

The average temperature in March is 85°F/29°C during the day and 70°F/21°C at night.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional Floor length gowns or fancy cocktail dresses for women and dark suits for men. Additionally we suggest women wear block heels instead of stilettos because there are many uneven surfaces throughout the venue.

Question

Where can I get my hair and/or make up done?

Answer

Please reach out to Adriana Calero on Whatsapp +52 999 362 2277 if you would like someone from her team to go to your hotel / Airbnb for hair and/or make up. Make sure to mention that you are a guest of the Sanchez / Ortega wedding. We also recommend the following salons: - Kate Miasik - Robert Abuda Salón - Salon Herrera

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For the welcome beach day we are providing transportation to and from Kokomo from the Courtyard Marriott. For our wedding day we are NOT providing transportation to the Ceremony. The Church is in the center of Centro so it should be a short walk or uber ride from your stay! We are providing transportation to the reception from the church, as well as transportation back to Centro and the Courtyard Marriott from the reception. Transportation back to Centro and the Courtyard Marriott from the Reception will be running every 30 minutes starting at 11 PM.

Question

Do I need to bring anything for the Welcome Beach Day?

Answer

We suggest packing an extra set of clothes for the trip back to Mérida. The beach club has showers and changing rooms that are available for us to use. Towels will also be provided.

For all the days along the way
