Question

What should I wear?

Answer

To create an elegant and unified look for our wedding, we kindly ask all guests to wear black attire to enhance the beauty of our special day

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM so we ask that you arrive no later than 5:00 PM. This will ensure that you will be seated and on time for our ceremony.

Will your ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

No! We are encouraging people to take videos of the ceremony since we will not be having a videographer, and we want to see everyone’s point of view! We know that most weddings ask for no phones, but we encourage everyone to take many pictures and videos :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a specific hotel that we blocked for our wedding! If interested, we encourage that you book ASAP!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We have many food options (especially for cocktail hour- which you should enjoy it all), but we also have two entrees and a vegetarian choice for dinner if you would prefer. Please contact either Manny or Julia so one of us can take note of your preference!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue! There also is a shuttle for those staying at the hotel, but we also recommend UBER because the shuttle may fill up quickly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle that fits up to 13 people, but we recommend UBER or driving yourself

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We believe the only thing you should worry about is getting to the venue on time, but if there are any more events, we’ll make an announcement.

Alcohol?

Answer

The drinks are on us! We will be having an open bar starting at cocktail hour! Before the ceremony, there will be lemonade and champagne available

Information about RSVPing

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. We know Hamilton Township may be a drive for most of our loved ones, which is why we recommend staying in the hotel with us! Additionally, let us know the exact number of people that you are RSVPing for. Thank you!

The hotel will provide breakfast, which we would love for all of you to enjoy and join us (if you’re up to it- we know how open bars are).

ID Requirements for Alcohol

Answer

The Hamilton Manor asks for Identification for everybody, regardless of the age. Please make sure you have your license with you if you plan on drinking

Will the DJ take song requests?

Answer

Yes! Our DJ will be taking requests but they will base the song if it’s on our “do not play” list or not!

Will the Ceremony be Outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside so we ask that you be prepared based on August weather

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those mentioned on your save the date/invitation.
