You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please call or text us that you are unable to attend if you know before March 1, 2025. If after March 1, 2025 please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meeting our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Although we love your little ones, we ask that only adults attend. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.
Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. However, if you would like to give us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon fund in the Registry section. We will have a money dance where you can pin cash onto the wedding dress and suit. There will also be an envelope case on the guestbook table inside the venue where you can drop off your letters as well.
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. Please dress comfortably.
For the ceremony, it will be outside in a grassy area. The reception area will be inside. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue.
Although we can’t predict the exact weather, temperatures in Placerville, CA in early June are typically around 80 degrees during the day and around high 60 degrees at night.

Parking at the venue is somewhat limited, there is some parking across the street of the venue. For this reason, we suggest carpooling or taking an Uber/Lift.
Please plan on arriving at 4:30pm to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 5:00pm.
We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!
After we say “I do”, we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where there is an open bar and appetizers.
The reception will end at 10:00 pm.
