FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online (see "RSVP" tab) by May 2nd so we can plan accordingly. If you can make it, please RSVP "yes" so that we are expecting you. If you cannot make it, please RSVP "no"--you will be missed! If you do not RSVP we will assume you cannot make it and will not have made accommodations for you.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We love your little ones. However, please don't force your teenagers (who can be left home alone) to attend our wedding if they would rather not. We don't want anyone celebrating with us that doesn't want to! Please include your kids when RSVP'ing.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you go to RSVP, your invitation will either include your significant other (and additional family members if applicable), "guest," or neither. If neither, please do not bring an unexpected date.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive by 4:30pm so you can park and are situated well before the start of the ceremony. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, please quietly sit down without disturbing the processional.

Question

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Natural greens, tans/browns, and light pinks.

Question

Why are most of the items on your registry cash funds?

Answer

We have everything that we need at the moment! Thus, if you feel inclined, we'd love if you gifted us an experience rather than a tangible item.

Question

What is the average temperature in Lorton, Virginia in June?

Answer

The average high is 84; the average low, 63.

Question

Can I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, feel free to take and post photos on your social media accounts with our wedding hashtag #NicolegotCoreyedaway so we can keep track of all of your photos! We also ask that you be cognizant of our professional photo/videographers and do not obstruct their view, especially during our ceremony.
