The Landing Grill & Sushi Bar
The Landing offers delicious food with a lovely view of Westlake Lake. After enjoying your meal, you can take a stroll along the lake and visit the bench where Andrew first asked Danielle to be his girlfriend on the 4th of July, 2016.
Point Dume
The ocean is just a fun canyon drive west of Thousand Oaks. Point Dume offers an amazing cliffside overlook to the entire Malibu coastline, with a short 5 minute hike up a hill leading to a panoramic view all the way up to Ventura and down to Santa Monica.
The Promenade at Westlake Village
The Westlake Promenade is a favorite locality of Andrew and Danielle and features lots of delicious restaurants to stop for a bite to eat, and a Barnes and Noble where you can grab a cup of coffee and go for a walk around the grounds.
Carpinteria
If you are looking for a day trip, a 40 minute drive north takes you to Carpinteria, our favorite little beach town. Walk along Linden Street to enjoy cute local shops, antique stores, and restaurants. Then take a short walk to the beach to go for a swim or just stroll along the sand. This is Andrew and Danielle's very favorite beach and they enjoy trips here each summer.
