What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 1:30PM. This gives you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony starts promptly at 2:00PM.

Will I be able to enter after 2:00PM?

Answer

To respect the ceremony and the couple's wishes, late arrivals may not be allowed entry until a designated break or at a less disruptive moment. Please plan accordingly.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed dearly! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a parking lot available at the venue.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will also be held outdoors, but will have a tent covering.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see all our friends and family dressed up for the big day! We kindly ask that you wear formal attire. Please no jeans, shorts, t-Shirts, sneakers, or flip flops.

what shoes should I wear?

Answer

Since the wedding will be held outdoors wear shoes you will be comfortable in! There are some grassy areas, but a good portion of the venue is paved.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, we hope you understand that we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you.

Can I make special meal requests?

While we are excited to celebrate with you, please note that our chosen venue is unable to cater to individual dietary needs or accommodate special requests.
