The wedding will be July 10, 2027 aboard Royal Caribbean's Allure of the seas on the day they set sail (Embarkation day). All non sailing wedding guests will be escorted back off the ship no later than 3 pm. Please arrive to the port in the AM ready in your wedding guest attire. If you are a sailing guest, you will not have access to your bags/luggage as they will be checked in prior to boarding the ship. please make sure you have everything you need with you or in a carry on bag (not suitcase).
No! Thankfully with an embarkation day wedding we are allowed the option to have our guests come on board, attend the wedding & then be escorted back off the ship before departure when the event is over. With this option please keep in mind, we are only allowed 50 non sailing guests. This will be first come first serve depending on rsvp timing.
Everyone will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship based on their nationality/country of citizenship. This includes either a Passport, Enhanced License or REAL ID. If traveling with kids remember to please bring BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding.
Different Room categories are being held by DLC- Direct Line Cruises ( interior, ocean view, balcony view, etc). This means there’s no rush with placing your deposits as the rooms are locked in prices and held for our party. The rooms held are ONLY DOUBLE occupancy rooms. Any families more than 2 people need to call and request to place a deposit for their rooms. Please remember the longer you wait, the greater chance of your room selling out due to this being a summer sailing and those rooms are popular for families with bigger size parties. When ready to book and/or place your deposit, please call Lissette at 631-761-9717 and she will help transfer you to an available agent for assistance.
If you are a sailing guest, your deposit toward a stateroom is $250 per person in the room. this goes toward your final room payment.
You need to make sure you give yourself and your party enough time to arrive to the cruise terminal (bags and all if you are planning on sailing), check in & go through cruise security, board the ship and make your way to Dazzles Music Hall (Deck 8). I would get to the port no later than 9:30 am, entrance onto the ship will begin around 11/ 11:30 AM.
please remember this is in July & in the Florida heat; with that being said we ask for our guests to be semi-formal but weather appropriate. For woman, something long and flowy, not too heavy. For men, light suits, button down shirt, tie, dress pants, etc. please keep in mind the ship also blasts the air conditioner in some venues so if you get cold easily, bring a light sweater!
Our bridal party will be wearing Dusty Blue. Please refrain from wearing this color, or a similar color, as we wish for our bridal party to stand out. In addition, please do not wear white, ivory, cream or a similar shade.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is the closest airport to the cruise port. It is 6 minutes away from Port Everglades. other nearby airports include: Miami airport (MIA is about 31 minutes away from port), West Palm Beach airport (WPB is about 45 minutes away from port). We highly recommend flying in the night before to avoid flight delays or cancellations and keeping in mind this is an AM wedding.
depending on what hotel you book, there may be transportation to the cruise port included in your stay. FLL does also provide free shuttle from airport to cruise terminal as well.
A pre-destination joint wedding shower will be held for the couple, bringing together friends and family to celebrate their love with those who are able—and unable—to travel. The event will take place on May 15, 2027. A formal invitation will follow. Following the reception, there will be a welcome meeting in the conference room with the bride and groom for all sailing guests to formally go over everything on what's to come during our wedding week at sea! For all sailing guests, we will be assigned to all eat dinner together in the main dining hall every night. You do not have to participate in this dining hall option and may venture out to your own dining plans for dinner. There are plenty of specialty restaurants, johnny rockets, cafe's, pizzeria, and buffets on board to choose from! as for the Cruise itinerary, we will be participating in game shows and karaoke festivities all week long! we would love to see all our friends and family sailing the week with us participating in all the fun!

YES! feel free to take pictures and videos throughout the celebration and don't forget to tag us using our wedding hashtag #MansillaRoyalWedding. However, please be mindful of our photographer/videographer & content creator who are working hard to capture every precious moment. With that being said, please no phones or cameras in or near the aisle when the bride and wedding party walk down. lets make sure our professionals have a clear view! thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
