We first saw each other in person at a sushi restaurant in Grass Valley but found each other on Match.com (not the most traditional but it worked for us!) . After six months we were engaged and had a beautiful engagement dinner so that our two family’s could get to know each other. We planned on getting married a year later but, then the pandemic hit! So, by the time we actually are able to get married with friends and family around it will now be two years together. We tried to rush into marriage but, fate had other plans! It really has worked out for us though, even amongst the stress and chaos we’ve been able to come together and build a strong foundation for our family.
