Our wedding day

Welcome mimosas, juice, and breakfast treats
9:30 am - 11:00 am

Recommended attire: Dress shirts, slacks, dresses, etc. Please bring layers, as we will be at multiple venues (indoors, outdoors, at the beach, in the woods)
Gates open at 8AM. We have hired some folks to set up and tear down for us at each venue, so that our family won't have too wake up so early! If family would still like to help, please let us know. The more help we have the better! :) Please arrive at or before 9:30AM, and allow extra time for parking and finding our picnic site. There is a $5 parking fee, so please bring cash. We will be having mimosas, coffee, and morning snacks (eggs, Mexican bread, pastries, fruit) before the wedding ceremony. Please arrive on time to mingle with other family members before we say "I do"! The picnic area that we rented is Madrone Picnic Area. We also have Bay View Picnic area reserved so that we have a good chunk of Redwoods for our celebration!

We will be saying "I do", promptly at 11AM. There will be music, bubbles, and an opportunity for guests to share their best wishes for us. We can't wait to share this very special hour with you in which we commit our lives to one another :)
Beach photos!

We will head over to Crown Memorial Beach where we had our very first date, to take some lovely family photos! There is a $5 parking fee, so please bring cash. The beach is right next to our house, so park there and then we will walk over to our apartment's clubhouse for the reception afterwards (no need to re-park). We can't wait to see how lovely you all look with the backdrop of the bay and to share a place that is very near to our hearts with you! We will also bring out our dog Cal for this family photo opportunity!
Tacos, karaoke, toasts, and piñatas!

After beach photos we will head over to the clubhouse for our reception. There will be karaoke, tacos, sangria, champagne, and a piñata! We can't wait to celebrate with you all! During the reception there will be an opportunity for family members to give toasts if they would like. Please also think about a karaoke song that you would like to sing either on your own or in a group. Love songs are best :) Lastly, please consider sharing a favorite travel destination/adventure that you've taken. We love to travel in our van with Cal, and we'd love to hear travel suggestions for our married life!
Clean up and farewell

We will start cleaning up around 5PM. For folks who are able to help, that'd be great! This is also the time for us to hug and kiss our families and for them to wish us well! We don't have plans the evening after the reception, so we will see where the night takes us and if family is still around we are open to visiting more. We will be heading out for a camping adventure the following day, as a little pre-honeymoon!
