When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at or before 4:50 so we can ensure all guests are seated before the ceremony begins.

Will cell phones be allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

While we understand everyone wants pictures of the big moment, we ask that there are no cell phones during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer that will capture all the special moments of the ceremony and we’d love to share those pictures after the wedding! No cell phones during the ceremony is important to us to ensure all guests are fully present with us without distraction.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is to be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the instance of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors. The reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. A light jacket is recommended for the ceremony as it can get cold on the oceanside deck.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot in front of the marine discovery center. Parking is free.

Do guests get free admission to the discovery center?

Answer

Yes! Guests get all day free admission to the marine discovery center. Hours open to the public are 10 am to 4 pm.
