FAQs

The Wedding Website of Gabriella De Oliveira and Joseph Mannarino
Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If a plus one has been extended, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I bring my children or is my whole family invited?

Answer

Invitations will clearly indicate if children are included. While we love your little ones, we encourage guests to enjoy a date night and celebrate with us!

Question

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

We’d love to see everyone dressed to impress! Our wedding will be formal, with a fun summer garden party feel. Guests are encouraged to add color and have fun with their looks. Men should plan to wear suits or tuxes, and women in long formal gowns. Please refrain from wearing white, or ivory.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will unfortunately have to mark your response as a “no.” Once we submit our final headcount to the venue, we are unable to make changes. While we’ll miss celebrating with you, we truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. As our ceremony will take place in a church, we want it to be a sacred and intimate moment. We ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos and remain fully present with us. Photos are welcome after the ceremony and throughout the reception.

Question

What do I do in between the church and cocktail hour?

Answer

There will be a roughly two-hour gap between the ceremony and the reception. The reception venue is about 30 minutes from the church, so please factor in travel time. If you’re staying at the hotel in Freehold, just five minutes from the reception venue, this is a great time to check in and get settled. For those not at the hotel, feel free to take a short break or relax. If you arrive early to the venue, you can enjoy a cocktail at the bar downstairs as guests will not be allowed upstairs until cocktail hour begins. Cocktail hour begins promptly at 6 PM.

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding?

Answer

Please visit our Travel tab for hotel details. We have reserved a room block at the Radisson Hotel in Freehold. If the block fills up or the cutoff date has passed, guests are welcome to book directly with the hotel based on availability and current rates.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

For the church ceremony, there is a parking lot located behind the church. We recommend arriving early, as parking does fill quickly and street parking in Red Bank is limited on weekends. For the reception at 618, valet parking will be available.

Question

Where do I put my meal preference?

Answer

Meal selections will be taken tableside the evening of the wedding, so there’s no need to submit a preference in advance. There will be options for guests who eat meat and those who do not. Please be sure to inform the bride and groom of any allergies ahead of time, and also let your server know the night of the event.

Question

How do I get from the reception to the hotel after the wedding ends?

Answer

Our hotel accommodations are conveniently located approximately five minutes from the reception venue. While we will not be providing a shuttle service, we strongly encourage guests to utilize Uber or Lyft, arrange a carpool, or plan to ride with a designated driver. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and smooth end to the evening for everyone—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
