Arrival
3:15 pm - 4:00 pm

Guests are kindly asked to arrive and be seated before 4:00 PM. Shuttles will run from the parking area to the venue, with the last shuttle departing 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Doors will close promptly at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals will be seated after the ceremony concludes.
Ceremony

Black Tie Formal
This will be an indoor ceremony as well as an unplugged one. We kindly ask that all phones, cameras, and devices remain put away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us in this special moment.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm
Take this time to grab some popcorn, snap a few photos at the photo booth, and leave us a note in the guest book! Be sure to check out the merch bar, hit the bar for a drink, and enjoy the celebration with us!
Reception/Dinner
5:30 pm
Join us for a festive fajita bar featuring seasoned chicken and beef with all the favorite toppings, served alongside fresh chips & salsa for the perfect celebration meal! If you know the bride & groom, you know their love for Mexican food — and they couldn’t imagine celebrating any other way!
Sparkler Send Off
8:00 pm
Our forever starts now! Grab a sparkler, line the walkway, and help us send off Mr. & Mrs. Jones in the sweetest way possible!
Happily Ever After Party
8:30 pm
The vows are over, but the party is just getting started! Grab a drink, hit the dance floor, and celebrate with the newlyweds all night long.
