Maninder and Harmeet kept matching on Dil Mil but it was just bad timing. Until October 2022 when they matched one last time. It was meant to be. Harmeet was adamant to visit Maninder in Chicago and created a special plan for the weekend, which changed by Maninder getting extremely sick! Although, she offered to reschedule, he wanted to meet her even for 5 minutes from a distance. He knew there was something special between the two. When he arrived, Maninder was tired of being cooped up in her condo, and really wanted some lemon and tea for her throat. Harmeet agreed to pick her up and take her to a nearby Target. And now Target has become their first date story <3 From then on, Harmeet and Maninder continuously flew to meet each other. Time would fly and they noticed the peace they felt while being together. It was just right. On January 27th 2023, Harmeet decided to ask Maninder a magical question in front of the Magical Kingdom. He asked... "will you be my girlfriend?" Caught by surprise at first, Maninder was ecstatic, and knew it was a definite 'yes,' and it has been one of the best 'yes' she has said..so far!! With all the texting, phone calls, FaceTime, and constant travels to be with one another, Maninder and Harmeet realized that they met their person in each other. They fell in love and are excited to move towards the next chapter of their lives <3 UPDATE!!: 01/27/24 - HARMEET DID IT AGAIN!! With the sand beneath our feet, the sound of waves in the air, and a beautiful breeze, Harmeet surprised Maninder with a romantic set up and asking her a very special question, "Will You Marry Me?!" - Tears in her eyes, it was a "HELL YES!!!" <3
