We met at the University of Pennsylvania as undergrads. We took different classes and had different groups of friends but our paths crossed fortuitously at an Asian American organization event. The rest, as they say, is history. ​ Over the next few months, we took any and every opportunity to talk– whether online or in person. We studied together though we didn’t take any of the same classes. We went to events we wouldn’t have otherwise – just to see each other. ​ By the time Rohak graduated, we knew we had something special. Though we were moving across the country from each other (Rohak to NY and Manika to SF), we knew we had to work to maintain a long distance relationship. Years later, post multiple trips and cross country moves, we now find ourselves both happily living in New York. We could not be more excited to celebrate the next step in our journey with each of you, who have played (and will continue to play) such an important part in our adventure!
