What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated in The Conservatory no later than 6:10pm. The ceremony will begin at 6:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is free parking directly outside of The Madison Hotel.

Is there an After Party?

Answer

Yes! We are keeping the celebration rolling into the late night at Rod’s Seafood Grill and Bar located in The Madison Hotel from 12am -2am. Drinks will not be provided and are available for purchase by guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Prior to selecting your food choice during dinner, please notify your server of any food allergies or special dietary restrictions. The staff at The Madison Hotel will accommodate any requests you may have.

When do I pick my dinner entree?

Answer

All guests will receive a dinner menu at the time of the reception. You will make your selections then!

Will there be hotel transportation?

Answer

Yes, transportation to and from The Madison Hotel will be provided for guests staying at the Hyatt nearby. Refer to the travel section for more information.

What attire should I wear?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional Guests are invited to wear a tuxedo or formal wear like a dark suit and tie. For women, options range from a formal evening gown to a cocktail dress or a formal pantsuit.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, an open bar will be available from 7pm-12am. Champagne will be offered upon arrival to the ceremony.

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those that are listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can't wait to see you there!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your kids, we are keeping our wedding an adult only event (unless otherwise specified on your invitation). We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate together!
