They should include the last names of the wedding party in the special request field. ***PLEASE READ*** There will be a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel, 2 shuttles prior to the event and after: 1st- 4:10pm 2nd- 4:40pm (at this point you may be wondering "but the ceremony starts at 4:30", we have added that as a buffer for time and the ceremony will be starting promptly at 5pm) After the wedding there will be shuttle service back to the New Hope Inn and Suites starting at 10:15!
