The Proposal
In April 2022, Ben, Mandy, Grayson and Dustin moved out of their home for a year to remodel. Just weeks before moving back into the completed project, Ben proposed to Mandy at sunset on the unfinished roof on March 10th, 2023.
Ben had their contractor tell Mandy that they must come by that evening to take a look at an imaginary list of items. She had no suspicions as this was a regular part of their lives at the time. Grayson and Dustin were part of the plan and kept the secret from Mandy for over two months! While Ben took Mandy up to the roof, the boys were preparing balloons, flowers, champagne and cheese downstairs with Ben's mom, Laura. The boys came running upstairs moments after the proposal to celebrate. It was the perfect warming of our new home and a tribute to the life we are building together in Kensington.
