No—while flights can be added to your room reservation, you’re free to book your flights independently. We only require that the room be booked with Apple Vacations.
We recommend October 29 to November 1. Please note that the discounted room block has a 3 night minimum. That being said, we are getting plans together for the morning of the 29th, if you’re available we’d love to see you October 28 to November 1. Alternatively, you could book October 28- October 31 to not miss any wedding related events and still meet the 3-night minimum.
A shuttle service is provided for all resort guests. If you book your reservation with Terri, it will be included in the overall price. If you make the booking through the Apple Vacations reservation page-you must ‘click’ the shuttle service “add-on”, but overall cost will equal our discounted rates that we contracted with Terri.
The closest airport is the Cancun International Airport. The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort is a 30-45 minute drive from the airport.
