When should I RSVP by?

We would love to have your seats saved by August 15, 2023. The sooner, the better!

Is there a dress code?

We are aiming for country casual, which could look different for everyone. Come get dressed up and party with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm, so please arrive early to grab a seat and get comfortable while enjoying the beautiful Wyoming scenery.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

There will be a cash bar for our invited guests over the age of 21. Alcoholic beverages and refreshments will be available following the ceremony. We encourage you to drink responsibly, tip generously, and have a great time!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We ask that only the adults named on your invitation attend our ceremony and reception. Guests not in the wedding party need to be 18+ to attend. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

We have saved just enough seats for our invited guests. We ask that you RSVP so we plan enough seats for the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Bell Nob Golf Course, and there is ample parking for all of our invited guests in the parking lot. If you require additional transportation, ride share services are available, at your discretion.

We will have a variety of food options available for you to choose from. If you need specific accommodations, please reach out to us to let us know.
