The hotel has made blocks available for Thursday March 12th, Friday March 13th, & a smaller number of rooms on Saturday March 14th. Please call or text (631) 626-5317 if the Hotel relays there are no more rooms in the block. We will add additional rooms as long as they are not occupied by the public. Thank you :)

Providence (PVD)
If you are one of our guests that is flying in, the closest airport is Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD). It is 28 miles away from the hotel. Coordinating Flight Times: If you are attending the welcome party, it is a "come and go" and not a sit down dinner. It will be starting around 7:30/8pm. If you are attending the ceremony, shuttles will be leaving from the hotel between 4/4:30pm.
