Where can we park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on-site at Flag Hill. Please leave the spaces directly next to the building available for handicapped guests.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a shaded area behind Flag Hill, overlooking the vineyard. The reception will follow in a fully covered tent outside.

Question

What kind of bar/alcohol set up is there?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available for those who wish to purchase alcohol. The bar DOES take cards. There is no ATM on site.

Is there a smoking area?

Answer

Yes, there is a separate tent outside of the reception area for smoking.

Will there be plenty of parking available, even if I show up late?

Answer

Yes- there are more spaces available than there are guests attending.

What if I have an allergy?

Answer

Please be sure to note that on your returned invitation in the food section. Be as specific as possible.

Do we dress formally or is it more casual?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear semi-formal wear. Some suggestions include a light spring dress, khaki pants and a collared shirt, or dress shirt and tie paired with dress pants.

What time must we leave?

Answer

The reception ends at 10:00pm. There is a strict noise ordinance, so we MUST vacate by 10pm.

Are you reserving a block at any local hotels?

Answer

We are not blocking many rooms; many of our guests have expressed that they will be returning home or using alternative lodging after the event. If you are interested in booking a hotel, we are reserving limited blocks of rooms at Hampton Inn in Dover.

Question

Is the outdoor ceremony on a hill or anything? How far away is it?

Answer

The ceremony site is right outside the reception tent on grass. The grounds of the vineyard are open to walk through, so feel free to roam about and take some truly beautiful pictures!
