3:00-4:00 pm Guests Arrive
4:30 pm Ceremony Begins
5:00-6:00 pm Cocktail Hour
6:00-6:30 pm Wedding Party Entrance
6:30-7:30 pm Dinner Service
8:30 pm Cake Cut
9:30 pm Bar Close
10:00 pm Grand Exit
