ASAP once your receive the invitation. The RSVP cut off date will be determined as we get closer to the wedding.

2:30 to account for parking and finding a seat.

Dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire.

There is free parking, though it is a 5-10 minute walk away from the ceremony site.
