If you are feeling adventurous, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges is located about a 40-45 min drive from Saint Martory. It's a picturesque medieval village at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains. The village is dominated by the magnificent Cathedral of Saint Mary which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a really cute bar/restaurant Cour Saint Benoit with a pretty patio and a lively environment. There are some shops you can stop in too if you are looking for some souvenirs.
If you're feeling extra adventurous, the city of Lourdes is located about an hour away from Saint Martory. One of the biggest attractions to the city of Lourdes is Sanctuaire Notre Dame De Lourdes. Which is one of the most renowned pilgrimage sites in the world. There is also a city square with a farmers market, great restaurants (We recommend Pizzeria de Marco) , and shopping! This area/city is walkable with ample free public parking.
