Are there any restrictions in place regarding COVID-19?

Answer

We are asking that all guests wear N95 or equivalent masks. We will provide KN95 masks for any guests who do not have access to their own. Please plan to wear these for the duration of the event unless actively eating or drinking.

What am I eating?

Answer

You have the option between 4 entrees listed below. Children between the ages 4 and 12 will receive chicken tenders and fries, or if they prefer, an adult entree. Children under the age of 4 will receive chicken tenders and fries. Please respond for your entire party and include the names of each person with their meal selection. (1) Chicken Florentine Baby Spinach & Fresh Mozzarella, Sun Dried Tomato Chablis Reduction (2) Filet Mignon Burgundy Infused Glaze, French Fried Sweet Onions (3) Miso Marinated Salmon Fillet Baby Bok Choy With Asian Black Plum Puree Wonton Crisps (4) Eggplant Rollatini Ricotta Cheese Stuffed And Breaded Eggplant With Asparagus, Peppers And Basil Marinara (Vegetarian)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be able to arrive fifteen minutes before the ceremony start time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on-site at Pen Ryn Estate. You should have no trouble grabbing a spot, just make sure you park closer to the Pen Ryn Mansion than the Belle Voir Manor!

Photography?

Answer

We will be hiring a photographer to document the festivities, so we please ask that you be present during the ceremony. Don't experience it through your phone! There will be plenty of opportunities for your own photo-ops during the cocktail hour and reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know with your meal selection if there are any food allergies in your party.
