Bus transportation
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Please allow us to shuttle you to our event in style! The venue is about 9 miles south of Flagstaff on I-17. We want all of our loved ones to be able to enjoy our wedding safely, so we are providing bus transportation from Little America and Holiday Inn Express. Toward the end of the evening, there will be multiple departure times to accommodate guests who want to leave earlier, like 8:30, and those who want to party on all night. Last bus leaves at 10pm.

Welcome to our moody and romantic Nordic wedding in the woods. Aldea is a beautiful outdoor venue. Temps will be around 80 at 4pm and will dip into the 60s during the reception. Plan accordingly and wear comfortable shoes. We can't wait to party with you! Happy hour 4-5pm Ceremony 5-5:30pm Happier Hour 5:30-6:30 Dinner and Reception 6:30-10pm
After Party

If you aren't ready for the party to be over, join us for more fun!. We'll provide some yummy late night snacks for you. The bar is open until 2am. Feel free to stay in your party clothes or change into something more casual. This location is walking distance from both hotels so you can say hello and sneak out early or shut the bar down. Please RSVP so we have enough snacks for everyone. Update: We recently ate here and loved the food! There's a jukebox where you can finally make those song requests. We walked there from Little America, and it took less than 3 minutes. Would be even shorter from Holiday Inn Express.
