When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 14, 2026, so we can get an accurate headcount. If you are unable to attend, we will miss you dearly and would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund, which you can find linked on our website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've specifically named the children invited to our wedding on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we plan for this special day with our loved ones.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we want everyone to have a wonderful and safe evening! Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions as soon as possible so we can notify our caterer. You can make a note of this when you RSVP or contact us directly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the Southern Hotel is complimentary for registered hotel guests, but is limited. We recommend guests arrive early to find a spot. In addition to street parking, there is also overflow parking available in an "Oxlot" on the corner of Vermont Street and East Gibson Street.
