We first briefly met at a Monday morning meeting at work. At an advising firm made up of predominantly men, I was somewhat surprised to see a young, attractive blonde there. Whether it was inviting her to our group happy hours or lunch with our advisors, I made sure to take advantage of every chance I had to see her. It wasn't until our semi-annual work conference where I made my move. After a day full of meetings, everyone was heading to the bar. I told Mandi we should carpool. During that short 10 minute drive, I realized how special and breathtaking she really was. At that point, I knew we had a future together.
