Holly and I went to high school together and were competitive cheerleaders together in Reno, NV. We ended up randomly back together in Denver, CO in 2010. She actually introduced Mat and I, and they go back to college days together at University of Arizona. Holly is an attorney and partner in Denver at Lewis, Roca, Rothgerber, Christie.

Jeff and Mat have been friends since the fourth grade.
Katie Emerson

Katie and I go back to college at University of Nevada, Reno where we were also sorority sisters in Delta Gamma. We served together as Chapter leaders for a number of years in Delta Gamma. I had the privilege of introducing her to her husband, Travis Emerson, who I grew up with in Reno! Katie is an incredibly gifted 1st grade teacher at Jessie Hall Elementary in Sparks, NV.

Tyler and Mat used to be camping buddies... now they're just regular buddies.

Jess and I met through our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Southern Pines, NC. She walked into the room and I knew instantly I was going to have a "soulmate" among what appeared to be kumbaya kombucha drinking hippies! :) We spent 20,12 hour days together and have formed a deep friendship. She has her masters in social work and is currently a clinical social worker near Southern Pines, NC.

Kyle and Mat have been friends since the sixth grade, when he moved in across the street. After that, Mat had someone else to get into trouble with besides Andrew.
Samantha Thompson

Samantha and I met when I first moved to Denver about 10 years ago as we both worked together at the American Cancer Society. She was one of the first people I really formed a bond with and we have been tight since. She's been a mentor and a great friend. She is a Senior Program Manager at the American Cancer Society based out of Denver.
