YES! PLEASE BRING YOUR ID WITH YOU, TOO! Since our venue is on government property, a manifest with all guest information needs to be reviewed and approved in advance. If your information is incomplete, you will have to go to the visitor center when you arrive to wait in line to get a pass which can take a while and be a hassle.
You will give your name and ID at the front gate and be directed into the campus. You will come to a second gate, where they will ask for your ID again, and do a quick search of your car. ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME! Then you can continue to drive through campus until you get to the club. Type "West Point Club" Into Google Maps (603 Cullum Road, West Point, NY 10996)
There is parking right next to the West Point Club (Thayer Roof Lot). There is additional parking near the baseball fields that are in front of the Club. Please do not leave your car overnight.
The dress code is formal which basically means - Not black tie, but not casual! Check out some examples here: https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet
We love your kids, but this is an adult's only party!
If the weather is nice, the ceremony will be outside at the South Dock. There will be signs directing guests from parking to the ceremony. If weather does not cooperate, we will be in the Hudson Room, which is the lower level of the West Point Club. Cocktail hour and the reception are also in the Club.
YES! If you'd like to keep celebrating with us after the reception is over, we will be at The Thayer Hotel. If the weather is nice, we'll be at Zulu Rooftop Lounge. Otherwise, we'll be at General Patton's Bar on the first floor. There will not be any official wedding activities the next day.
