Spend a day 45 minutes West of Bozeman with our neighbors over in Livingston, MT, starting with the annual 4th of July parade, before sliding into your boots for one of Montana's BEST Rodeos.
Whether you're an experienced outdoorsperson, or are just lacing up those hiking boots for the very first time, Bozeman and the surrounding area has PLENTY of hikes for you to take on! Head South into the Gallatin Canyon, or North into the Bridger Mountain Range, and you're sure to find a trailhead that is right for your afternoon outing. Sypes Canyon, Lava Lake, the M, and Sacagawea Peak are a few of the bride's favorites!
Look, we get it, wedding weekends are stressful. A quick stroll on Pete's Hill will have you feeling refreshed!
You might not know it by giving a map a quick once-over, but while in the Gallatin Valley, you are at the point of origin of the largest navigable waterways throughout the United States! Just 30 minutes West of Bozeman, you will find the Headwaters of the Missouri River. This is where the Gallatin, Jefferson, and Madison Rivers first come together to begin their journey, first as the Missouri, then the Mississippi River(s), en route to the Gulf of Mexico.
