Got Questions? Maybe you'll find your answer below! If not, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This event dress code is semi-formal to formal. Elevated western elements like boots, hats, bolo ties, etc are highly encouraged. We encourage you to dress up and feel your best, don’t be afraid to go a little extra. Think polished, refined, with a subtle western influence. We can’t wait to see your style. Still unsure? Head to the 'Atmosphere' page at the top of the website for a visual! *Note that this is an outdoor event. You will be on grass - avoid stiletto's or wear grass stoppers.

Question

What about the weather?

Answer

As this is an outdoor event, please check the forecast and come prepared. If rain is in the forecast, bring an umbrella, as they will not be provided. If it's going to be hot - dress in breathable fabrics and consider bringing a handheld fan. The tent will be equipped with heaters or fans for airflow, if necessary. It may also be a good idea to pack a sweater if it cools off in the evening.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2027, as we need to confirm guest count with vendors. If we do not receive a response by this date, we will not include that seat in our final count. Please ensure you let us know by that date if you intend to join us.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Street parking is available. Please keep this in mind when selecting footwear, as you may have to walk a short distance over a gravel road and grass unless a member of your party is able to drop you off at the driveway entrance. We recommend having one member of your party designated to drop your group off at the driveway entrance prior to finding parking on the street if walking long distances may be an issue. The driveway must be kept clear for vendors.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

The dinner for the evening will be a pasta, pizza and salad bar served buffet-style catered by Mona Lisa Italian Restaurant. For alcoholic beverages we’ll be keeping things fun and easy with a self-serve beer and wine station, plus two signature pre-mixed cocktails to enjoy throughout the evening. We will inform the kitchen at Mona Lisa of any serious allergies or intolerances, and they will do their best to be mindful. Let us know if you have any concerns, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within these limits!

Question

Can I bring my children or a date/plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, you’re welcome to bring a guest. If it does not, we kindly ask that you join us solo so we can keep our celebration intimate as we have limited space. If your invitation is addressed to “The Smith Family,” this means your entire household is invited, including children (should you choose to bring them along). If your invitation is addressed to “Mr. John Smith & Ms. Jane Smith,” the invitation is for the named guests only.

Question

Help, I can't get the RSVP to work!

Answer

This usually happens when the name is entered slightly differently than how it appears on your invitation (or on the back end of this website). Please make sure you’re entering your name exactly as it is written on your invitation (including spelling and order of names). Our RSVP system is linked directly to our guest list, so it will only recognize approved names. If you’re certain that someone who was invited is not appearing or you’re still having trouble after double-checking the spelling, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
