Mandah and Kevin actually knew each other wayyy before they even became love birds! Kevin was introduced to Mandah by his good friend Ed, who was dating her good friend Vanessa, way back in 2003 when they were still in high school. Though they hung out together a few times, neither really thought much of the other person... Until 2010. In December of 2010, Kevin returned home for an extended holiday vacation. They had remained friends on social media since high school, and Kevin was now living in San Diego, CA pursuing his career. He reached out to Mandah and let her know he would be in town. They met up for a drink, and were inseparable for his entire stay! Shortly after returning from the holidays, Mandah flew to San Deigo to vacation, and that following summer she moved to California! Timing is everything, and it turned out this was not the right time to pursue their love...and Mandah moved back to Florida in November of 2011. A few years passed, and Kevin reached out to Mandah and let her know he would be moving back to Florida to be closer to his family. One night in September 2013 after many years passed, and many hours of conversations catching up, they met up downtown... and they've been together ever since! "Officially" since October 6, 2013. <3

Mandah and Kevin planned a 5-Year anniversary road trip in the fall of 2018. Starting in Albuquerque, NM for Balloon Fiesta, then driving to Telluride, CO, ending the stay in Denver, CO. Kevin proposed after Balloon Fiesta, on October 6, 2018. He pulled onto a pullover area in Sandias Peak, peed on a tree, and then got down on one knee! How could she say no?

After they tie the knot, Mandah and Kevin hope to find their dream home - which must have an office for Kevin, a pergola and hammock for Mandah, and a big fenced in back yard for Pete, and future fur-babies! And of course, their adventures will continue!
