Follow Your Heart

Aaron first spoke to Manda on the last day of Winter's kindergarten year at Chautauqua Elementary. (Winter is Aaron's son) It was a hot summer day at Dockton Park and all the kindergartners were gathered for an end-of-year celebration with their families and teachers. Even though Manda was not Winter's teacher she surely knew that blond-haired, blue-eyed kid. Aaron summoned up the courage, headed over to Manda and uttered a quiet "Thank you for everything" before turning away and retreating to the safety of the edge of the park. It wasn't until the wedding of Kelly and Stuart Fox that they met officially and became friends, hanging out at the Eagles' Karaoke nights and chatting on the phone.
