Puerta Vallarta, Mexico

To our Family and Friends -

We are saddened to inform you that we have decided to cancel our wedding celebration in Mexico due to concerns and the lingering uncertainties around COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. As of now, we are not making alternative arrangements but may opt for a vow renewal in a few years. Thank you for your understanding and we love and miss you all.

How we Met

First comes marriage, then baby, and then marriage AGAIN!

Our fairy tale starts out like any traditional story where boy meets girl...and that's where the traditional part ends. We met through a dating app called Tinder. Yes, that dating app! and Yes we are one of the success stories. After a less than successful and possibly awkward first phone call that led Becca to delete the app, we never actually met in person until 3 months later when we connected on Facebook. After some banter and witty messages, we decided to meet that night at a local brewery in Charlotte, called Craft. Frank was a few minutes late allowing Becca to buy the first round, earning major points by the time Frank arrived. The conversation flowed and together we connected on so many things. It was easy. And from that point forward, we never looked back sharing our love for food, travel and spending time on the lake...oh, and we got a dog and named him Hank. Fast forward to 2019...a year that was a complete whirlwind for us, in the most joyous way imaginable. From finding out we were pregnant, getting engaged, moving to NJ and deciding to accelerate the "I Do's" prior to the arrival of our child. Our wedding ceremony was quaint and perfect - a small intimate ceremony with our parents present at the intimate Beach Plum Farms in Cape May, NJ. Even as early as our first date, we both knew that having a family was important to us; a goal we both shared. And we both believe that to build a family you must start with a strong foundation - one built on love, trust, and respect. So while our story is anything but traditional, we would like to invite you to celebrate with us in the same vein. So please, come celebrate with us in Mexico to renew our vows and, of course, party! We love each and every one of you and we hope you can make it! Love, Becca + Frank
