Official invitations will be sent out at the end of February, and we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by April 9th. This will help us finalize all the important details for the big day. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you can’t make it, and you’ll be sadly missed!
Semi-formal. May can be hot, so dress for the weather—but please still try to look nice! Just avoid sage green, dusty pink, and of course, white, as those are reserved for the wedding party.
We recommend arriving by 2:30 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat. Please plan to arrive no later than 2:50 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Any guests arriving after 3:00 PM will be kindly asked to wait until cocktail hour to join the celebration, so the ceremony can proceed without interruptions. Thanks for understanding!
The ceremony will take place outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather! We’ll have handheld fans and cooling misters available to help keep everyone cool. The reception will be held inside a beautiful barn that’s fully air conditioned, so you can enjoy the evening in comfort.
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away during our unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry—we’ve hired two amazing photographers to capture everything, and we’ll be sure to share the photos with you afterward! Once the reception starts, feel free to snap away and capture all the fun!
Please bring cash if you’d like to tip the bartender or participate in the dollar dance! While drinks are covered, tips are always appreciated. And if you want to join in the fun during the dollar dance, having a few bills on hand will make it easy.
There’s plenty of parking available! Just drive up the dirt driveway and park in the white fenced area directly across from the animals. A staff member will be there to help direct cars and make sure everything runs smoothly. Easy and stress-free!
