You should fly into Lisbon Airport (LIS). From there you can easily order an Uber or Bolt to take you to Sintra from the Lisbon airport. Lisbon's airport has a designated ride pickup spot. It is about a 35-45 minute drive to Sintra depending on traffic.

Transportation

The transportation pickup/drop locations and times are as follows- Before the wedding: Please arrive at both pick up spots by 3:45pm at the latest. The buses are leaving promptly at 4pm. Pickup Location 1 for those staying near Sintra city center: Volta do Duche (Bus station) 2710-623 Sintra, Portugal Pickup Location 2: Penha Longa Resort End of the wedding: All buses are leaving the wedding venue at 12:30am. Each bus is assigned one drop off location, so please get on the bus corresponding to your drop off location. Drop off location 1 for those going back to Sintra city center: Volta do Duche (Bus station) 2710-623 Sintra, Portugal Drop off location 2: Sintra Palace Marmòris Drop off location 3: Penha Longa Resort Please note: For those planning to take their own transportation (rental car, uber, bolt, etc.) please give yourself plenty of time to make sure you arrive to our wedding venue by 4:30pm. Since Sintra is a one-way street, a single missed turn can lead to a major detour (about 30 minutes). The ceremony is starting promptly at 5pm.
