4x4 Beach Info

Please plan to have or rent a 4x4/AWD vehicle if you are planning to drive to the events or stay at one of our rentals. More info can be found at this link. If you do not have or plan to acquire a vehicle suitable for beach driving, please make plans with other guests to carpool or share. Limited parking passes for non 4x4 cars are available through the Twiddy website above.

House Or Rental

Hill Runner Event Home

We will be hosting our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception at the Hill Runner event home. For your convenience we have rooms at this house and another house within walking distance. We invite you to stay the week with us! Due to the nature of the 4x4 beach, we highly recommend that you stay with us to avoid possible travel issues to our events. If you do not choose to stay with us, please see the FAQ about considerations for driving on the 4x4. Rooms will be $850 flat for the week. We have already discounted the rooms in lieu of favors, so we will not be able to offer a prorated option. However, we do understand that this is not a small investment, and we want everyone who wants to stay to be able to. If this is a concern for you, please reach out to Mark, Hannah, or immediate family. To lock in your room a 50% deposit of $425 will be due to Hannah (via cash, check, venmo, or zelle (please see FAQ for where to send)) by March 11 with the other half due August 1st. We may have rooms available after this but cannot guarantee, and rooms will be first come first serve. We will assign rooms based on number of people and other necessities which will be assessed via a survey.
